by unat management provides tourism consulting and guided tour services in New York City, including but not limited to:

• Manhattan pedicab tours through Central Park, Times Square, and surrounding areas
• Brooklyn Bridge and DUMBO neighborhood tours
• Custom and personalized NYC tour experiences
• VIP airport transfer and transportation services
• Group tour packages for families, corporate events, and large parties

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Booking and Reservations

When making a booking with us, you agree to the following:

• All information provided during booking must be accurate and complete
• You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking
• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or deposit as specified
• Booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided
• You are responsible for ensuring all members of your party are aware of and agree to these terms

4. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on our booking platform.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking will be honored for that booking. Additional charges may apply for optional add-ons, extended tour durations, or special requests.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our separate Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. Please review those policies carefully before making a booking.

6. Participant Responsibilities

As a participant in our tours, you agree to:

• Arrive at the designated meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled tour start time
• Follow all instructions given by your tour guide for safety and enjoyment
• Behave respectfully toward guides, other participants, and members of the public
• Not engage in any illegal activities during the tour
• Disclose any medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect your ability to participate
• Dress appropriately for the weather and tour activities
• Take responsibility for your personal belongings throughout the tour

7. Health and Safety

The safety of our guests is our top priority. By participating in our tours, you acknowledge that:

• You are in good physical health and capable of participating in the chosen tour activity
• You accept the inherent risks associated with outdoor activities in an urban environment
• You will follow all safety guidelines provided by our guides
• by unat management reserves the right to refuse participation to any person deemed unfit or whose behavior poses a risk to themselves or others

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by unat management shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of personal property during tours
• Injuries resulting from failure to follow guide instructions or safety guidelines
• Delays or changes to tour itineraries due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control
• Actions of third-party service providers

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific tour or service giving rise to the claim.

9. Photography and Media

During our tours, photographs and videos may be taken by our guides or staff for promotional purposes. By participating in our tours, you grant by unat management a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such images and videos on our website, social media channels, and marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform your guide at the beginning of the tour.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of by unat management and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

11. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bergen County, New Jersey.

If we are unable to resolve the dispute informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing any legal action.
